With a master’s degree in Public Administration and a focus on nonprofit management, Akilah leverages her expertise to collaborate with businesses and nonprofits as a thought partner. She helps organizations set strategic goals, launch innovative ventures, and achieve measurable outcomes while fostering impactful community engagement. As a former Assistant Principal, Grade Level Chair, and ELA teacher, Akilah brings deep expertise in curriculum development, teacher mentorship, and intervention strategies. Her experience extends beyond the classroom, working with nonprofits and businesses to design sustainable frameworks for leadership, enhance operational efficiency, and drive transformation.
